Summery

Ghatreh Charity Union is a charity that helps low-income individuals access medical supplies and healthcare. This project had two phases:

Phase 1: UX Documentation

This phase included the following tasks:

• Competitive analysis
• User research using the survey method
• Analyzing survey data and identifying connections between the answers and different questions (using Excel)
• User segmentation and persona development
• Creating user stories, scenarios, and information architecture

Phase 2: From Wireframe to Prototype

I designed four base pages for Ghatreh Charity, moving from wireframes to fully developed prototypes.
